Brief Answer:
Precocious puberty

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your question.
Early puberty ( precocious puberty), is defined if puberty occurs in a boy of less than 9 yrs and girl of less than 8 yrs.

The few problems are

1) Rapid height acceleration compared to peers, but they end up being short adults because of early bone fusion.

2) They may exhibit sexual behviour at an younger age ( more common in boys). Their brains are still immature though.

3) Sexual exploitation.: There are reports of children with precocious puberty being sexually exploited.

4) Psychological impact: It can be very disturbing for a girl child to bleed. Boys too may feel embarassed looking at the body changes. Besides, it can cause anxiety to parents too.

Regards
Binu
