Hi,

Welcome to XXXXXXX

There is no role of doxycycline and lactic acid in premature ejaculation.

Clomipramine, which is a tricyclic antidepressant has a role, thus can be used to prevent premature ejaculation.

You should try to excite your partner as much as possible before starting intercourse.

During intercourse as soon as you start feeling some orgasm, try to hold it for few seconds and start again. You can repeat it as many times as possible.

If you have further query, please feel free to ask.

With good wishes,
