Brief Answer:
it is most likely safe, but there are no scientific studies to support that

Detailed Answer:
thank you so much for asking your question on healthcare magic. I will do my best to help you.

collagen and vitamin C are not known to be teratogenic, which means that they are not known to cause birth defects. however, there are no studies that have demonstrated that other is safe to take high doses while you are pregnant. since I cannot tell you for sure that they are safe to take in these doses, I would recommend that you stay with the normal doses that are recommended in pregnancy and are contained in the normal prenatal vitamins. at least this is true for vitamin C.

the collagen supplements are not proven to provide any benefit in pregnancy either. but they haven't been shown to cause any problems either. my judgement tells me that I doubt there is a problem taking them in pregnancy, however it might be a good idea to avoid it just in case.

in general though, a healthy and well balanced diet is the healthiest way to eat in pregnancy. this means the right amounts of protein, fats and vitamins and minerals which are best found in natural foods, not supplements. eating lots of fruits and vegetables, two or three meat meals a week, two or three seafood meals a week, and lots of healthy plant proteins is the best way to get what you need to provide a healthy environment for your baby to develop.

I hope this helps. please let me know if you have any more questions.
