Brief Answer:
No need for surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The attached image has been reviewed.
The calcified granuloma is not the cause of pain and headache.
The pain may be due to migraine or tension related.
Surgery will lead to more harm and no benefit.
Visit to a neurologist for evaluation of headache and treatment.
Is there any nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Headache character and duration?
Any stress, sleep disturbances?
You can take amitriptyline for headache and pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.

Hi,

Please fine the attachments for the latest MRI reports, it says that there is no calcification, but my previous CT scan says there is some calcification.

But in the scan reports, I can see a empty space (a bit Ova like shape) Some neurologists says it is calcified granuloma and one Neurologist said, he exactly dont know what it is. which is confusing me.

I have a scar on my head (find the attached image with file name img_5390.jpg), on the same place of my head, to my knowledge I didn't had any injuries on that place of my head.

I tried with few neurologists, initially they said the pain might be a migraine head-ache, but after using their course of medicines, they said its not migraine head-ache and they dont know the reason for the pain.

I tried Ayurvedic medicines as well.

I tried many anti-depressant medicines as well, nothing worked for me.

Coming to the pain duration it varies from a minute to 30 minutes.

I have sleep disturbances, for that I am using Himalaya Brahmi.

After analysing all my issues/problems, give me your valuable suggestion.

Finally can you suggest me a good place where it can examined and treated properly.

Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through both images and reports.
Mri GRE sequence is not mentioned which is used for detecting calcification.
You can upload images of mri for analysis.
The skin changes have nothing to do with headache and is likely to be tension type headache.
You can try drugs like amitriptyline, nortriptyline, sertraline venlafaxine under guidance.
Take a dermatologist consultation for skin lesion over scalp.
