Brief Answer:
Multivitamins

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have a history of AV/NRT and had ablation which sounds like it was successful. You are concerned on wondering what multivitamins you should take. I recommend almost any women's centered multivitamins with calcium and vitamin D. You don't need to buy the most expensive brands as there is no data showing any vitamin is superior to another. Costco brand multivitamins are actually a good buy and enough for your needs. Other brands like one a day are also good. So which ever brand you prefer is Okay. There are no restrictions on vitamins due to your AV/NRT

I'm a 34 year female with AVNRT. I had a ablation a 11 months ago. I'm not on any medication but once a month I have spells where my heart beats really fast lasting minutes. I get shaking and tingling in hands during spells. Happens days to a week before period and a few days coming off my period. should I be concerned? Can I take a multi vitamin daily?
What vitamins do I need? Thanks for your help

Brief Answer:
Palpitations

Detailed Answer:
I would report the palpitations to your cardiologist and have them recheck a holter monitor. The palpitations could be simply a fast heart beat but without the monitor we don't know. So please have that checked and do not ignore them.

You can still take a daily vitamin without any worries. Any once a day multivitamin will be enough for you.

Brief Answer:
Normal echo and normal holter

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for sending your results. The echo and holter monitor all look normal and your abalation was a success. The palpitations are from a fast normal heart beat and not anything pathological.
