Brief Answer:
Please do not combine the two

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing HCM
Priapus shot is a research product and no double blind cross over study has been done to prove its efficacy and safety. Claims of penile regeneration are galore . I am unwilling to advice you on a method not scientifically proven.
Have you tried intrapenile injections ? These are pretty effective . You can visit a urologist for this. A penile implant would be the best and safest choice for you.
Still if you have made up your mind for priapus shot, I think they should better be not combined, though tried separately . It is because priapus shot involves injecting platelet rich plasma in penis and it needs time to heal. Besides, the possible side effects and complications can not be anticipated. so one should wait for a couple of weeks before assessing the need of VED

Dr. Thank you for your answer. I misspoke about Priapus injection. My injections are indeed Intrapenile, ICP. (combination of; vasodilators, papaverine, phentolamine, atropine, and prostaglandine E1, each of which is FDA approved). I have this med. I've tried just the Interpenile injection. the success was an erection of less than 50%. Can I inject Interpenile Med and then try the pump to achieve an adequate erection?
My Doctor is not available for consultation for 2 weeks.
Thank You.

Brief Answer:
Focus on pleasure, not the state of penis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Intrapenile injection mixture has phentolamine, papaverine and prostaglandin only ,no atropine. You can increase the dose of inj by 10%. Don't combine with VED. I think the reason of failure to get erection in your case could be your excessive monitoring of penis. Once you take injection, forget and move ahead with usual foreplay. Inj without foreplay is not effective. So try the best foreplay, I think you will have erection.
