Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the most likely cause of blood on the bf penis on your fourth day of menses is likely to be menstrual blood which is likely to be dark brown and not bright red.
The fact that there was no stretching and tearing pain on insertion of penis during intercourse, indicates that the tip didn't penetrate through the hymen and was removed before that keeping the hymen intact. The bleeding from the tear would have been bright red and not in form of spots at all but considerable to flow out of vagina.
Secondly the hymen usually has a small opening to allow the menstrual blood to flow out and hence you are able to insert one finger and not the other , when tried ,it pained in that case, confirming to an extent that your virginity is intact. Also the hymen rupture shall depend on the size and thickness of the penis sometimes as well, a thinner penis may not even break the hymen at all.
The best way would be a local examination by your gynaecologist who can easily establish the state of hymen or if there has been a rupture or tear. Or else you can place a mirror in front and check for yourself.

Detailed Answer:
Well i have seen the pic and there are hymenal tags present which can be clearly seen , which indicates that there was an injury to hymen and there have been tears and probably the blood was from hymen itself. But the hymen is still present and not torn away completely here.
Torn a 4- 6 o clock position especially, rest seems intact.
So you may experience bleed again if you have intercourse.

Detailed Answer:
well in terms of percentage 30 percent and it shall heal by fibrosis in 1-2 months completely.
But there would be a tag remaining. I would not suggest any hymenoplasty procedure for you at the moment but that can be an option if your concern is grave regarding your fiancee knowing it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Fibrosis is the mechanism with which every body tissue heals with and leaves a scar. this hymenal scar cannot be located unless actually looked for by a local exam and i don't really think that your fiancee would resort to that but yes considering that the vaginal introitus is still taut and not loose you may not require hymenoplasty as of now but can wait for a month before a re-examination for extent of healing.
The chances are that you would bleed again on intercourse with your fiancee as the remaining hymen seems intact.

Detailed Answer:
If the episode was 7 months back already then hymenoplasty can be contemplated for the same. But if you are not sexually active anymore and the concern is only bleeding during the repeat sex then you can bleed again considering the taut vaginal opening permitting only one finger.
However a local examination from a gyne can be undertaken for consideration of hymenoplasty as well. This is a good option but has to be undertaken under experienced hands ( gyn cosmetic surgeons or urogynecologists.)

Detailed Answer:
In your case you r fear is that your fiancee shouldn't know, isn't it. Considering that you will not have sex for a year then it is likely that the vaginal introitus can become taut again and a repeat penetration can cause a hymenal stretch ( remaining 70%) and can cause bleeding which should be enough for your fiancee to believe that you have been a virgin.

Detailed Answer:
I am afraid , by definition you are not as any penetration of penis beyond the labia even if there has been no intercourse or hymenal tear, amounts to loss of virginity. , so with the tears seen, you are not a virgin, yes.

Bt his penis didnot go inside me we had not proper sex i pulled him back can u tell me clearly
What is the meaning of virginity loose

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
A woman is said to have lost virginity if there has been a penetration beyond the labia major even though there has been no complete intercourse or non rupture of hymen, but as in your case there is an evident hymenal tear so unfortunately , it has to be accepted that virginity is lost.

Bt doc u told me that i my hymen tear only 30% n one doctor told me that hymen is inside the vagina aroud 2 inche
I had not proper sex
Then how could it is posible that i lost my virginity
doctor

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
The definition which i have given you is as in medical books and even considered legally but socially its the hymen rupture which is otherwise believed to be a symbol of virginity.
Secondly 2 inches= 5 cm , thats too long a distance. Hymen is hardly 0.5 to 1cm from the vaginal introitus. Any rupture of hymen or distortion amounts to loss of virginity both medically, legally and even socially.
At present, you can only be secretive about it if your fiancee seems concerned about it.
VIrginity loss doesn't amount to proper sex or complete intercourse, any breach of hymenal integrity even though it is achieved by masturbation can amount to loss of virginity, as it is difficult to establish by a examiner if the break is due to masturbation or sex.
So you may tell your fiancee that you may have suffered hymenal injury during masturbation probably and it is acceptable cause for the same.
I understand how you feel about the fact here but i am here to give you an option for your concern.

To be frak i in my past i ve two bfz my first bf used to rub his penis on my vagina so i wanna knw whn i loset my virginity coz my ex bf is my current fiance he does knw abt my ex bf
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sameer Kumar (3 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
answered

Detailed Answer:
Well rubbing the penis to vagina cannot cause any rupture or bleeding so socially that wouldn't have caused any hymenal rupture and hence no bleeding and therefore your relationship with your first bf is not the cause of hymenal rupture and hence loss of virginity, it is the second bf with whom you have lost it in that case.

So the blood i saw on his penis that cause coz my hymen damage
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sameer Kumar (4 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
answered

Detailed Answer:
Yes it is most likely as the blood was not dark or in form of spotting and hence unlikely to be your menstrual blood for the fourth day.
Hymenal bleeding generally can last for a day till complete healing occurs, if you noticed blood till evening in your pantyliners which was unlike clotted blood then it indicates further that it was from hymenal damage.

No i didnt see any blood after that and i didnt feel any pain
He teued to do this to tym first tym i had third day of my period that tym i saw stain on bed bt i knew that tym it didnt go inside
Bt one doc told me that if my hymen is damaged i felt some pain bt i disnt felt any pain
doctor

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
I agree that one usually feel pain on hymenal tearing but in the height of excitement sometimes it is masked and not felt at all. Hymen is a very fragile tissue and a small friction injury can be enough to cause a tear often , again the resilience of the tissue varies from women to women and also the pain tolerance.
sO WITH THE TAGS evidently seen in the picture, i cannot say that there was no rupture or tear even though you may not have experienced any pain.

Bt i used to do gym also i did one month gyming that tym
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sameer Kumar (5 minutes later)
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
If in gym , if you have been cycling or doing sitting exercises which involves pressure over vagina ,cancers similar hymenal rupture if there has been an untoward injury to undue stretching of the region which would have definitely been painful.
But hymen is sully well protected by labia major and minora and doesn't get injured by normal sitting and gyming exercises.

Bt i used to drive bike also i drived aroud 12 years
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sameer Kumar (4 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
answered

Detailed Answer:
Okay, if you have been driving for years all together then there is a possibility that you may have injured yourself on speed bumps or rough travelling which can be a cause of such hymenal tears yes and also possible that you may have noticed it now during the blood discharge after intercourse.
Similar injury is often seen in women who have a habit of horse riding as continuous thumping while trotting can also cause hymenal injuries in young adolescent girls.
So i cannot deny that there is a possibility that the injury could be old as the tags formed are not recent for sure and more than 3 months old as healing seemed complete.
