Brief Answer:
Hello. It can rule out.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. A ct scan is sensitive enough to pick the nidal enlargement. However it requires multiple scans of body including head n face, neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis. Moreovrr, to see the bones, a bone scan will be required seperately.
A little better investigation will be a petct of wholebody. It completely visualise all areas including bones and thus is preferred.
Thanks and regards
