However later it was clarified that, these medications provide with an erection, leading to a sexual act, which requires sufficient cardiac capacity. If the cardiac capacity is not sufficient, then it may lead to cardiac insufficiency and chest pains. YOu may take the tablet Zydalis provided your cardiac capacity is good. Hence you should get a stress test done and an echo cardiography done. If these tests are OK, only then you can take zydalis. regarding your other meds,there is no significant drug interaction.
