Brief Answer:
You need examination of the painful tooth/teeth..

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

There are oral numbing agents containing anaesthetic like Lignocaine gel 2% or analgesic [painkiller] choline salicylate like Dologel, Bonjela, Oragel or other brand names available with your local pharmacist,. They are suitable for use inside mouth and you can apply over the painful area of mouth. You can try these. I would suggest that you continue with those oral medications for additional benefits. But in case if it is not resolving pain I would like to get a little more information so that I can guide you better..

1. Is the pain present in the extraction site or root canal treated teeth?
2. When was the extraction done and when was root canal done [ Means how many days or months back?]
3. Is there any swelling or pus discharge also present?
4. Does the pain increase with hot food or on chewing?
5. Is the pain always present?
6. What other medications are you taking presently?

Kindly answer the following so that I can guide you better towards treatment..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Along with medicine you need dental treatment to relieve pain..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome Again..

Thanks for your query..

As per your answers it seems that the right side molar that is root canal treated is re-infected and the infection is causing pain and you need to get an x ray done and if any infection is found the tooth needs to be re-root canal treated to relieve pain permanently as till the tooth will not be treated medicines will not be able to provide permanent relief..
The left side where the bridge is fitted it seems that the pain is in any of the tooth that is used as a support for placement of the bridge and the most common cause of pain is over-cutting of the tooth leading to nerve exposure and it is causing pain due to nerve inflammation..
You need to get an x ray of the teeth done and it will help in ruling out exact cause and has to be treated accordingly..
The other thing that you would like to know is that Dologel contains Choline Salicylate that is a painkiller agent and does not contain Diclofenac but dologel is also potent enough to relieve pain..

I would suggest you to consult a Dentist and get the x rays done and you can revert me back with the x-ray so that I can guide you how to proceed with the treatment..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
