Thanks for posting your concern on HCM.

Taxim-Of contains two antibiotics Cefixime & Oflaxacin.
Used in combination Taxim-Of is recommended for the following infections like Typhoid, Urinary tract infection or respiratory tract infection.

If the stomach infection is caused by Helicobacter pylori (responsible for gastritis or peptic ulcer), Taxim-Of is not effective.

Norflox antibiotic is effective for infective diarrhea or urine infection caused by certain gram negative bacteria.

Can you please elaborate what sort of symptoms you are suffering from stomach infection?
Have you been examined by a doctor?
Any lab tests like Urea breath test or stool analysis done?
