Brief Answer:
You can use the medicines but better to avoid smoking meth

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

You can use your medicines for respiratory problem after smoking meth. Meth in general increase respiration and heart rate. Which may lead to good effects of albuterol and symbicort.

But considering your drugs I guess you may have some respiratory problem. In long run meth smoking can damage lung and heart. This will lead to exacerbation of your existing respiratory problem. Please stop smoking meth for your good health.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
