Question: I just recieved oral sex from a women i dont know. Her teeth scratched my penis head and now theres a red spot on it. Its not bleeding and i washed it with soap

You did the right thing with washing the area with soap. This sounds like an abrasion from her teeth. There can be a chance of transmission of STD through oral sex but remote. The types of infection could be gonorrhea or chlamydia. Your chances of infection are not related to the abrasion. If you develop a discharge or burning on urination the seek medical attention and be tested for STDs
