Can STD Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

Question: Hi
I had oral sex performed by my new girlfriend and within 30 mins the outside of my penis was stinging and burning. Is this likely to be a STD? What should I do? I have no pain on urinating and do have a prostate problem that is under control.

It is not possible to feel std symptoms so shortly after intercourse. Several days are required for std to develop. So there is no point to have antibiotic therapy or test now. You should wait at least 4-5 days and see will some symptoms such as rash, lumps, fever or discharge develop. Burning may be caused by irritation or allergy,doenst mean std necessary.
