Can Rozerem Be Taken For Insomnia?

Question: I have off & on again insomnia--I can get to sleep but wake up after 4 hours, then can't get back to sleep for 3 hours. I've taken Ambien in the past but it caused memory problem. What do u think about Rozerem? I am a 65 yr old, healthy, active woman.
