Brief Answer:
try probiotics and neopeptine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I don't think that ragi is the reason for smelly stools.
It could be due to plain indigestion or a mild viral infection.
I can suggest two things
1. Probiotic like bifilac.
I usually prescribe around one XXXXXXX in the morning and one in the evening for 5 days. This is very safe and contains good bacteria which help in digestion.
2. Neopeptine drops 5 drops twice a day is what I give to my patients but not more than 2 to 4 weeks. This contains digestive enzymes which help in digestion and is safe in infants.
If stools increase or your baby becomes dull with low urine output you need to consult your doctor for physical examination.

Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.

Brief Answer:
2.5 ml bifilac

Detailed Answer:
You can try 2.5 ml bifilac in bottle for another 5 days.
If not improving get stools tested for reducing substances. If positive your baby may need lactose free formula like isomil.
Neopeptine drops 0.5ml or syrup 2ml twice a day for a month maximum.
