Brief Answer:
Can take Lorazepam to get some sleep&peace of mind....

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have just received your query and I'm here to help.

The very first thing you should do is to relax and not to get worried unnecessarily.

1. UTI (urinary tract infection) is commonly happening in women, especially at your age. There are some risking factors like problems not being able to empty the bladder completely; bowel issues (like incontinence); if you have other chronic illness especially if related to diabetes? less water consumption? etc.

Although you might not have experienced any UTI in your life, having it now does not mean anything to get you worried at this point.

It can be easily treated with antibiotics.

2. The use of antibiotics is often associated with some side effects which can be more visible to some patients more than in others.

If you experience side effects like GI problems (diarrhea, gas, etc.); then, Activia probiotics are excellent choice to help.

Furthermore, Candida can get overgrowth; a stool testing for candida can determine it. Treatment is through oral antifungals like nystatin or miconazole, fluconazole, etc.

3. So far, no real interaction between Cipro and ambien is found. However, in some studies, Cipro use can increase plasma concentration of ambien (zolpidem), increasing its effect. You can cut the dosage of ambien and everything would be ok.

4. If you have Lorazepam, it's ok if you use to get more sleep, thus, you'll be more relaxed and less stressed about your current health problems.

Hope it answered to your queries.
