Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
It appears your question is, if it is ok to take levothyroxine in the morning with atenolol and perindopril.
It is best to avoid taking any medication with levothyroxine. It is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast with water.

So i suggest you keep a gap of 30 to 60 minutes before you take the atenolol and perindopril.

I see you take lovastatin and amlodepine at night. This is fine as neither will interfere with levothyroxine nor with each other.

Consuming more than 3 glasses of wine has no direct consequence on the medications you are taking.
