Brief Answer:
normal saline nose drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
thanks for using healthcaremagic.

For dry nose you can use normal saline nose drops.
Sesame oil nasal spray can produce nasal allergy so i would not recommend it.
Nasonex is a steroid nasal spray and it is given for nasal allergies and not for dry nose.

Normal saline nose drops give relief from dry nose. Your local chemist will know about it. It is also available over the counter in almost all states. You can instill 8 - 10 drops in each nostril every 4 hours or as frequently as required. Normal saline does not produce any side effects and can be used as much as required.

Also you should drink lots of fluids and avoid dehydration to prevent dry nose. Drink 4 litres of fluids per day.
