Brief Answer: hi and welcome to hcm Detailed Answer: Yes,you can take it but in recommended dosage. there is no known interaction between food supplements and durgs that you ve mentioned. Of course, sports result will depend on your regular diet and work out so dont think that proteins and creatin can help without exercise. Effects of these supplements are still doubtful and it is beneficial only when there is lack of these nutritients in regular diet. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. regards

so that means take half dose of a creatine/light dose of protein and I'm also looking for a great brain supplement for college and work I was recommedend something name rhodiola could that go alright with my abilify, trihexyphenidyl, and klonopin?..... its a herb but I just was wondering.... im not trying to take adderall or ritalin....

Brief Answer: hi Detailed Answer: You should definitely not take ritalin. It is not easy to find drugs which can have effects that you ve mentioned. Especially those scientifically proved. but it is mouch betetr to take herbal products if you already want something, since it rarely show interactions and side effects comparing to ritalin. Rhodiola is more for mood changes and depresson. it has slight effect on concentation and brain activity. Maybe gingko, XXXXXXX and ginseng would be more beneficial. In every case, dont expect some great results from any of these. it may just help a bit,and everything else will depend on you

ok and i was lastly recommended an product alternative to adderall but does not have that feel like adderall alot more safer name addtabz but not herbal.... plus out of the two herbal dietary supplements which one would you use?... focus formula or all-day focus?.... seems like all day focus better...

Answered by Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein 1 hour later
Brief Answer: Hi Detailed Answer: Yes, I recommend all-day focus too. There are evidence that it has most beneficial effect. I would not use alderall unless your symptoms progress and you should take it in consultationwith your doctor. Addtabz can be good repalcement for it, but as I said, use as less produst as possible. Use only all.day focus first. if there is no improvement then add other herbal products.

Brief Answer: hi Detailed Answer: all these products you ve mentioned are similar. most of them contain dha, gingko XXXXXXX and other typical substances which are considered to support brain activity. Its effects depends from man to man and most of people dont experience any improvement especially if they expect too much. I suggest to use one product at the time and if there is no improvement switch it. then you ll be able to find the most appropriate one.
