Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Marijuana is likely to worsen your stomach ulcer problem. The reasons are:

1) Smoke is a gastric irritant and can induce or worsen ulcer formation.

2) Marijuana is known to have appetite-inducing properties. One of the associated effects of this is an increased acid production in the stomach, which can worsen stomach ulcers.

So, i you have an stomach ulcer problem, I would advise you to stop or cut down on smoking marijuana.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
