Brief Answer:
Can be used for short term, under prescription.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
Hifenac P contains a combination of paracetamol and aceclofenac.
This can be used for short term management of gout pain if you are not allergic to,and not having significant hepatic/renal impairment. But it should be taken under the prescription of your doctor only,as it needs individualized risk assessment, and, management of gout may not suffice analgesics alone.

Also, this combination is not suitable for long term pain management,as it can cause accelerated renal damage.

Regarding side effects,it is difficult to explain them in detail here.
The main side effect of aceclofenac is nephrotoxicity and intestinal bleeding along with many others.
Paracetamol, though less common, has many side effects like hepatotoxicity.

I hope,I have answered your query. If you have further questions,I will be happy to help.
Wishing you healthy days ahead.Thank you.
