Although it was your personal choice but it is important to use protection while having sex with other than regular parter. It will save your life as well as piece of mind. Timing of sex does not mater anf infection can be transferred in fraction of time if there is suitable environment like genital ulceration.

I assume that you do not have any symptoms still I advise you to get yourself tested. The most important things are hepatitis B an HIV whivh need to be tested now and again after three months.

To conclude I like to advise you for use of protection and immediate testing for HIV and HBV.

Occasional slip is very common in our life and there is no point in regretting about it. Rather than being guilty it is more important to prevent further damage. Transmission of infections is not essential even if someone is diseased and it is possible that 99.9% you will be free of any risk. It is better to hold the baby idea for few days before you get your lab testing results.
