Can HIV Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?
Question: HI Doctor, I have a questions about HIV infection by oral sex
I am 29 year, male.
Its been 9 days, I had a sex with the sex worker (from Thailand and working in Bahrian country), I had veginal sex and oral blow job. I have no idea about her HIV status.
She started with oral blow job and for about first 30 second she did not use condom, it was not very rough probably she just wetted the tip of my pennis, no sign of blood, no cuts, soreness on my pennis but I don't have any idea about her mouth condition, she was using chewing gum.
After this 30 second she used condom to give me blow job and then we had viginal sex with condom, all these activities were fully protected.
I have only doubt about 30 second oral blow job which she gave to me.
This is my first time I go outside for sex rather than my wife, I am feeling very guilty and I am very very nervous.
I would like to ask for my chances of HIV infection with this activity. After 3 days I am going to meet my wife and I don't want to take any chance with her health. Should I go for RNA test ? please advise me what to do.
