Brief Answer:
The possibility of getting HIV from oral sex is very less.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.

The possibility of getting HIV from oral sex is very less as compared to unprotected vaginal or anal sex if your partner is HIV positive so don't worry.

The sore throat and fatigue might be due to some other reason and not related to HIV in your case for which consult your physician and take some treatment as per the advice.

The best way to confirm whether you have HIV or not is to get tested so you can go for HIV testing which will clear all your doubts.

Having multiple partners is high risk for HIV so as your friend I will advice you to stay away from such unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV and other STDs.

Thank You
