Can HIV Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sex?

4 months ago I asked you a Q whether I had contacted HIV with my first ever or last ever interaction with a CSW where my semen leaked somehow onto my genitals before inserting, No contact with vagina until then EXCEPT few minutes ago i bathed with her & touched her vagina very briefly, it was dry then. Water was running from shower & I came out & searching for a condom, I cleaned my pennis tip with fresh cotton after few minutes & then I wore it. I myself wore the condom.I licked, sucked her nipples after ejaculation occurred.Then the CSW caressed my penis with hand & semen leaked onto my genitals which I noticed later. After 10-15 minutes she went on top & tried to insert my thing into her vagina 2-3 times pushing with her fingers, failed then didn't try.after few seconds she grabbed my genitals with her hand once & then got off the bed& it ended. I removed & washed my thing possibly after 10-15 minutes but didn't check whether the condom was intact; superficially it looked intact & in place,
Then I had mild fever ( 97.5-98.5; 99.2 only once for few minutes then dropped back to 98) with burning sensation under my nose on the penultimate day of the 4 TH week with some stomach problem of excessive gas, sore stomach,liquid type stool (no diarrhea) with foul smell, some sore gums for 2-3 days,treated with a doctor's prescription & relieved for few days. Again came back feverish feeling, fatigue on 7 th week for 3-4 days, leg tremor some times. Dr. Jangid said no HIV test warranted & prescribed pan D, I took for 3 months, quite ok until I stopped. excessive gas acidity, liquid foul smelling stool ( once in a day, no diarrhea) returned, Sometimes gets corrected for 2-3 days & again back.Once my ankle got swollen persisted for three to four days.Now everybody is saying I have become thinner though I regularly check my weight & seen around 2/3 KG OF WT LOSS in these months; but then I started doing free hand exercise every day with morning walk.
Should I visit a gastro specialist or go for HIV tests?
