Question: Dear Experts,

I am writing from XXXXXXX A month ago I visited massage parlor and took a full body massage. I was lying naked and the girl was standing beside me fully clothed. Massage lasted for 30 mins and in the end she asked me what else do i want. Initially i agreed for a blow job but later i refused and asked her to do a hand job (At one point she also insisted for sex). She poured lot of oil (warm) around my penis and pubic area and gave me a hand job which lasted for 1-2 mins. I shaved my balls and pubic area just before the incident (which I terribly regret now). I did not notice any cuts/bleeding while shaving but i am not 100 % sure as there could have been some microscopic razor cuts. Also I did not check the hand of masseuse. I don't know if there were any cuts. Also there were some small pimples on my back. Exactly 3 weeks after the incident I woke up in the middle of night with a hot flash and some sweating and chills. I could not sleep thereafter. Experienced the same feeling through out the night. Next day morning i felt severely fatigued and still managed to go to work. I had tight pressure around my head and severe body aches with a mild fever (though my body was feeling more hot) and chills throughout the day. Could not concentrate on the work and i remembered this incident which made the things more worse.I read symptoms on google and got paranoid. During next 3 days my body got very hot during the sleep at night and then experiencing chills (little sweat). No sleep at all waking up at night & Nightmares of death, despite alcohol. I was convinced that something went wrong during the massage. I have never had sex before in my life. Only thing I did sexual in my life is got hand jobs at massage parlor (total 3 times). Never even kissed anyone. My anxiety drove me crazy. I lost my appetite completely. No sore throat, running nose or cough. Completely Dry mouth and fatigue with dehydration.No sleep. No fever but continued to have chills or some kind of sensitivity to cold. I started smoking, after 2 years of abstinence. Lived on liquids. Started losing my weight. On the 5th day I woke up in the morning to notice a small rash on my arms ( It looked like a patch with small red dots). I lost my breath completely and ran to GP. I explained him everything and he said not to worry as i did not have penetrative sex, which gave me some relief. He prescribed some vitamin C tablets. On day 7 i noticed another similar rash under my collar bone which started to fade after 2-days. I am completely depressed and spent whole day smoking and reading about HIV transmission routes and symptoms. I shared my feelings with my roommate and he consoled me saying there was no risk. We went to the massage parlor and and the lady was not available. We spoke to her over the phone and she said she was clean and assured not to worry as she goes for monthly health check up . I decided to move on ignoring the symptoms. I started regaining my appetite But the next day i found another patchy rash across my chest ( with tiny red spots). I started trembling. Next day (today) I went to work but could not concentrate. I went back to GP asking him about the rash. By that time the rash became very mild and he could notice much. He said it dint look like rash but more like a scar. But I know, it appeared as small spread patch with red dots. I ate well in the night and my weight seemed normal. I decided to move on from the rash. I woke up this morning around 5 AM feeling little heated up in the bed. I went to pee and started checking my groin area. To my fears, I noticed a swollen lymph node in the groin area \\_/. Its not painful at all. I feel i have experienced all the symptoms at right times and lost all my hope. I am Just 25 years old and i feel cannot take it anymore. Please reply as soon as possible.
