Hello... yesterday i met one lady.... i mastrubation from her and i have small wound over lips... small amount of blood present... and i kiss her neck means neck only for few seconds.... is there any chances to getting hiv... pls reply am confused and mentally depressed

With the activities you mentioned the risk of HIV infection / transmission is near to zero.
Masturbation and kissing would not cause a transmission of virus that would lead to full blown infection.\
