Brief Answer:
Chance of getting HIV is almost"nil'

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
HIV transmission needs exchange of body fluids. By putting the finger in the mouth there is no chance for exchange of fluids.
As per CDC, XXXXXXX U.S., infected person's blood transfusion, infected needle prick, Anal sex and vaginal sex are considered high risk factors for HIV transmission in that order. Oral sex has a low risk for HIV. All other types of sexual acts (kissing, fingering) carry negligible risk for HIV. Moreover human saliva contains an enzyme called as 'lysozyme' which is inimical to HIV. So putting one's finger (even if that individual is a HIV positive one) and even if we consider her finger has an recent injury over her fingers, then also the HIV risk is almost 'nil' only.
So you need not worry about that and carry on your routine as usual.
