Can Fertyl Help To Conceive?

Question: Good morning doctor.,
I am a 26yr old female married 6mnths back.i am trying to get pregnant my couldn't succeed yet.can I use fertyl 50mg tablets to conceive.my avg cycle is 30 days.please suggest me which is the best tym to conceive?

Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Chances of conception in each menstrual cycle, when all the other conditions are favourable, is maximum 20-25 %. Therefore, it is advisable to try for conception spontaneously for at least one year, before getting any investigations and treatment for infertility. You should follow the fertile period, from day 8 to 22 of the cycle, and have intercourse every alternate day in this period to maximise the chances of conception.
Fertyl tablet is not advisable.
