Question: Hi, This is XXXXXXX . My Age is 30 years. I have been married for two years. In last on year i had two miscarriages. First miscarriage ( 18 XXXXXXX 2014)was at 8 weeks 5 days and the second one was at 6 weeks ( 11 July 2014). Second time , Monosomal Chromosomy ( 17 chromosome ) was established as the reason , though during Ultrasound before the D&C , Septa was also observed but it was not established as nothing was seen before in any of the USG . Also after one week of D&C also , i did USG but again no Septa was observed. I went to Genetics doc, and during all the tests , i was observed poitive for ACA ( 37.1) and ANA ( +1 weak). I underwent repeat tests for the same. Second time both the tests were negative. ACA was 6. My rheumatologist gave me a clean chit as far as
ANA is concerned. My Gynae to be on precautionary side has advised me ecosprin 75 mg once a day for 2 months starting yesterday . I am not yet pregnant but planning. Pls advise will this medicine have any sideeffect as far as pregnancy is concerned. Thanks
