Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having vertigo.

No. It is not useful in your case. Vertigo secondary to ischemia (brain) or atheroaclerosis (carotid artery) needs to be managed with anti-plaltlets or interventions.

In my opinion, you need to see an ent surgeon (postural tests- to differentiate central (brain)/peripheral (inner ear) causes of vertigo and an interventional cardialogist to locate the exact cause of vertigo.
