Can Cymbalta Be Stopped Cold Turkey?

Question: I am withdrawing from cymbalta with great difficulty 6th day cold turkey. Lithium has been prescribed for this time period. I am having color brain flashes/zaps, high blood pressure, swollen painful feet and joints and my peripheral vision seems to be poor. Also, I am dissociating with reality and very nervous. Am I in danger?

Although withdrawal effect of duloxetine are self limiting over the period of time and never life threatening but it is not a great idea to stop it cold turkey.
