Brief Answer:
UTI or Chlamydia infection possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

In your case there is a high chance that you have been infected with chlamydia as your partner has been diagnosed with chlamydia and you have had unprotected sex. I suggest you might start on treatment before test results with drugs like azithromycin (single dose) or doxycycline (two capsules a day for a week) after prescription from a doctor as your symptoms are suggesting the infection with chlamydia You must get urine or swab test for chlamydia by NAAT test. As there is also a chance for urinary tract infections due to bacteria I would suggest you to get urine analysis and routine microscopy and culture sensitivity for aerobic and anaerobic infection..You should refrain from sex for at least one week after you have finished your antibiotic treatment. Visit a physician for evaluation and tests.

Take care
Hope I answered your query
