Brief Answer:
Lisinopril and diphenhydramine may have additive effects in lowering BP

Detailed Answer:

Hello ,
Thanks for writing in to us at hcm.
This is Dr.Riyanka and I am glad to be helping you with your query.

Benadryl (diphenhydramine)- In the United States and Canada, Benadryl products contain the first-generation antihistamine diphenhydramine.

This doesnot show any drug interactions with Metformin or Ranitidine.

However,
Lisinopril and diphenhydramine may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure.
You may experience headache, dizziness, light headedness, fainting and changes in pulse or heart rate. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment, following a dose increase , or when treatment is restarted after an interrupted period.

Kindly consult a physician regarding this.

Hope this answers your query. Don't worry .
