Can Benadryl Be Taken For Methamphetamine Induced Skin Allergies?

Question: My husband went to Vegas for a over the weekend for a birthday party and did meth with the group. He never used it and came back with allergic reaction like bumps and rash on his skins. Took him to the ER but they won't take him. I am frustrated and he is scared. Needless to say, that friend is no longer a friend. I scheduled an appointment with the family doctor. What can I do right now? Currently I put hydro cortisone and V A&D ointment on him. He said they are not itchy. Will Benadryl help? Please advise. Thanks.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
What you are doing is absolutely all right and would advise you to continue it.
In addition take Benadryl 50 mg three times a day.
It would greatly help in alleviation of bumps and rashes.
Nothing to worry as he would be all right in next few days,
