Can Augmentin Be Used After Not Refrigerating It For 4 Hours?
Question: Augmentin - I didn't know it needed to be refrigerated been in the car doing errands is it still?

It is true that when Augmentin, when it is taken as syrup should be refrigerated or at least
However, in your case, if the bottle was not exposed directly to the sun or light, moisture or heat.
If it was not hot and it was only for the first 4 hours after opening, and the color of suspension has not changes (augmentin suspension comes to white color and gradually turn to yellowish by the end of the treatment course); then, she can use it.
