Brief Answer:
Intramuscular injection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Although I would not go into the details of the treatment your doctor prescribed, I wish to address your query in particular.
The megadose of 6L units of Cholecalciferol (Vit D3) is safe to give along with oral medications. However it is given as injection to the muscle routinely called Intramuscular. Since the dose will be one ml which is very small oil based formulation. Your doctor might be fearing an abscess in case you have small bulk of muscle.
If you take the same medicine by mouth with milk there will be absorption. You may experience nausea, vomiting and gut disturbance.

Vitamin B12 can be taken as is prescribed by your doctor.

Hope this addresses

Thanks for your input . Will it be fine and safe to then to take the arachitol 6L injection one ml orally with milk then ? is what i need to know. My physician avoided the injection intramuscular due to the pain generated by the oil based injection.

Thanking you

Brief Answer:
My opinion take injection

Detailed Answer:
My opinion is to take it as injection as bear the pain for half a day with hot pads. It should not be as painful as you think. A lot of injections come as oil based and well tolerated without pain. This is certainly bearable.
Since the absoption of injection form is not completely known the benefits may be challenged later.
