In a CT Scan I had the report indicated mild splenomegaly, what is this condition and what are the treatment options if any?

I understand your concern.
Do not panic.
Mild splenomegaly can be due mild infections.
It is a vague finding unless associated with some specific symptoms like fever,jaundice,distention of abdomen or anemia.In these cases a diagnosis must be made to diagnose the disease.
Spleen is an organ through which old blood cells are replaced.It is a filter like organ.
