Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It can be herniation of fat.
I would like to know the following additional things,
1. Are you an athlete ?
2. What is your weight ?
3. Does it reduce when you lie down and increases when you get up?

I would also like to see a photograph of the lesions.
This will help in giving a closer diagnosis.

Please upload a photograph of the lesion.
Waiting for your response.

Thank you

Follow-up: Bumps under the skin and on the side of foot. What are they? 32 minutes later
I do try to stay active working out and all, although not as much last couple weeks. I am little over weight and have a stocky build about 200lbs. They are actually only really noticeable when I stretch my foot out otherwise can kind of see them but don't seem to protrude as much.

Hello,
Dont worry, it is just herniation of fat.
It is a very common thing.
Just try to reduce your weight, it will disappear on its own.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
