Hi,
Thank you for contacting Healthcare magic.
1. LDL cholesterol is high, it may increase the risk of heart attack and brain stroke. Low fat diet can be taken in consultation with dietician. 30 min per day exercise such as brisk walking is also recommended. Recheck cholesterol after three months, if still high, medicines may be started.
2. Low RBC count and high MCV may suggest anaemia due to low vitamin B12 or folic acid. Serum vitamin B12 and folic acid levels may be checked and treated if found to be low.
I hope it clarifies. Please get back if you require any additional information.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
