Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoids or anal fissure. Fiber diet, fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Thanks for using XXXXXXX

I went through your query and understands your concern.

The fresh blood coming out with stool may be most commonly due to 2 reasons.
1. Anal fissure: In this there will be pain during defecation and the blood comes along with stool. Since you don't have any pain or discomfort this may not be the cause for bleeding per rectum but get examined by your doctor for the same as this is the most common cause of bleeding per rectum.

2. Hemorrhoids: Your explanations mostly suggest the hemorrhoids where there won't be any pain or discomfort during defecation and the blood usually comes before defecation. Depending on the stages since you won't feel any thing per rectum and acute history this may be in initial stage. So get per rectal examination once for the diagnosis and other investigations as required.

For now use fibrous diet, drink plenty of fluids, don't strain during defecation and don't delay in urination if there is urge. Can take Syp Cremaffin 15 cc before going to bed to limit the straining. If any fever or pain in anal region you may require antibiotic and anti inflammatory therapy. Get examined by your doctor for confirming the diagnosis.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Feel free to ask if any related query and I will be glad to answer them.

Brief Answer:
fluids.sitz bath,cremaffin syp. needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi thanks for writing back.

The symptoms looks like hemorrhoids. Take plenty of fluids and fiber diet. Keep monitoring your blood pressure, you can take syp cremaffin to reduce straining. Do regular sitz bath with betadine solution. These will help you for now. But your condition requires further evaluation for confirming the diagnosis and also for planning the treatment.

Depending on the condition you may require surgical intervention. Get checked your complete hemagram, LFT and USG abdomen and pelvis once to know if any associated / other problem.

Hope this helps you.
