Brief Answer:
repeat HPT

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
It is not possible to diagnose pregnancy with only symptoms. If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, there is always a chance of you becoming pregnant.
Now as you have mentioned that the HPT has come negative, I would suggest you to repeat a test after week and with morning sample of urine which is more sensitive.
You can also go for trans vaginal ultrasound, which will detect pregnancy earlier than HPT. I would suggest you to see OBG specialist for help.
