It seems like muscular

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems less likely to be due to heart and more of muscular spasms. Heart pains are excruciating and associated with chest tightness and one of the worst pains one has ever experienced and may also be associated with vomiting, sweating, shortness of breath or increases with exertion or physical activity and may be radiating to left jaw or left arm with any of the above mentioned features however for reassurance an EKG would be a good strategy as every chest pain should have an EKG and then other causes can be sorted out. Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help with the spasms and pains. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
