Brief Answer:
Seems to be viral illness.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having tonsillitis and rash.

AIDS or HIV infection occurs after 2-4 weeks of incubation period.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be viral illness.

As such, viral infections are self limiting, can be managed with simple paracetamol (tyelynol) twice daily. Antibiotics are indicated only in complications (tonsillitis, sinusitis and pneumonia).

Do not worry. it's not HIV. (already you had one course of antibiotics). Continue salt water gargle, Tylenol 500 mg twice daily, over the counter tab. citrizine 10 mg at bed time for rashes.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
