Are The Below Mentioned Dimensions Of The Penis Normal?

I have the same common question.
I am 27 year old male planning to marry in next year but I have a problem with penis.
I met with an accident during childhood wherein my penis was sutured. I am not confident on my penis girth and length. I am more worried on girth which is 4 inches and length is 4.5 inches. I feel guilt because of this to talk to any girl.
Need your help to build my confidence.

Dimensions I have mentioned are when my penis is erect. Sorry forgot to mention this previously.
So you mean I can satisfy a women without any problem? and I will not face any issues even after a child?
