Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding yuor concern, I would explain that though your complaints are not likely to be cardiac related, they need to be further investigated by a careful physical exam and additional tests:

- resting ECG,
- chest X ray study (pulmonary and backbone),
- blood work (complete blood count, cardiac enzymes, AST& ALT, bilirubin, etc.).

Meanwhile, some pain killer medications like Acetaminophen (paracetamol), etc. could be of some help in relieving your symptoms.

If a gastrointestinal cause is suspected gastric antisecretors like ranitidine, pantoprazole, etc. could be tried.

You need to discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me again in case of any further uncertainties.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!

Heart attack is commonly associated with chest pain.

Also, heart attack may be presented in a silent way 9without pain).

But, in your case: at your age, with a normal ECG and lab tests, all the above clinical complaints should prompt a diagnostic work up for an alternative explanations (as I explained you above).

Dr. Iliri
