Are Painless But Burning Spots On The Penis Signs Of Forcyde Spots?
Question: Good evening
I have been seeking medical advice for several symptoms possibly related to Human Papiloma Virus (HPV).
For now HPV has been discarded but (possibly?) new dots appeared in my upper and lower lips. These may be Forcyde Spots but have not ever noticed them ever and actually it would seem these are spreading rather fast. These do not hurt although ocasionally there is a mild burning sensation.
For reference 4 months ago I have had unprotected oral/vaginal sex with female partner.
Lesions on the tongue have appeared but have been diagnosed as Chrinic Stomatitis due to high levels of stress.
I am attaching pictures for reference and look forward to receiving your advice.

I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached images.
These oral lesions possibly represent sexually transmitted infection/STI.
I don't think these are Fordyce spots.
I generally prescribe dual antibiotic therapy for such lesions to my patients.A combination of Valacyclovir for 5 days and Doxycycline for 14 days will help to completely clear the infection.
Also I would like to advise you to get tested for HIV and HbS Ag to rule out these infections.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

I have tested for STI's already including HIV and all results came negative. However there is no test for HPV.
Which STI do you think it would look like? Particularly the spots on lips as my Dr is treating the toungue as stomatitis due to stress
