Question: Hi Doctor,
I just found out that am pregnant..!! :)

I am getting mild cramps in my lower abdomen and I can feel very heavy and painful in my breasts that sometimes like early morning I cannot even touch it. I wanted to ask if this is normal.
Also, many people tell me not to eat papaya, pineapple and less nonveg.
Could you please tell me what are the fruits and food I need to avoid? what kind of exercise I should do throughout.

Brief Answer:
Normal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, congratulations for entering a new phase of life.
Yes all these symptoms are normal in case you are able to tolerate the cramps.
If cramps increase then visit a doctor for ultrasound to see if all is normal.
Avoid papaya and pineapple at all times and otherwise you can have all the fruits.
You can do daily walk and arm exercises if you want.
Just relax and take it all lightly.
Regards
Dr Manisha
