Brief Answer:
You don't have risks for developing hyperkalemia

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Don't worry, if you have no kidney disease, there will be no problem.
We have many patients with such diet, but usually high potassium levels develop patients with advanced age or with kidney disease.
Just drink much water and everything will be fine. Don't forget to exercise regularly!

Hope this was of help

Wishing you good health
